After discussing with interested residents and colleagues, considering the sort of outlandish prices some other reviews charge, this seemed reasonable for the amount of work required. We want this to be useful and effective for those that participate, and we want you to feel like it was a good use of your CME or personal finances (unlike how some of us have felt in the past with certain reviews/resources). Inappropriate sharing of materials or resources with non-participating individuals will result in forfeiture of course access, material access, and participation.
